What are the expectations?

  • You must be able to invest c. 2-3 hours per week for the 8 week programme to attend live learning sessions, complete self-led work to create your Growth Culture Plan, contribute to the cohort and optimise your learning

  • Weekly live virtual sessions are recorded, although we recommend joining as many live as possible (as this is when the most impactful learning happens!)

  • Cohort-based learning is most effective when you come in with a learn and share mentality
