Make It Human Founder & Director
Sarah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, people and business leader with over 20 years’ experience in HR, leadership, assessment and talent management consulting. She has partnered with hundreds of companies to help build happy, inclusive and growing workplaces across the globe. A combination of her own experiences through consulting and leading large teams inspired her to write the book and found Make It Human. Sarah regularly writes and speaks about culture and leadership and delivers workshops for people and companies passionate about building great cultures.

Ed is a Chartered I/O Psychologist with experience of leading international teams of consultants within the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development areas. He has 20 years’ of experience within consulting with a particular focus on helping clients inform talent decisions using objective data at all points of the employee lifecycle. He has worked with clients across sectors and geographical regions & is passionate about nurturing growth cultures.

Sian has worked in-house leading specialist assessment teams and in consulting, partnering with clients to design & deliver solutions to improve outcomes for people and organisations. Sian is a Chartered I/O Psychologist, qualified and experienced coach. She specialises in blending value and commercial pragmatism to deliver organisation-wide change. Sian frequently leads interventions at leadership and management level to enable organisations across sectors to nurture environments where both people & business flourish.
